A leading Restaurant chain search for a CALL CENTER AGENT !

Day to day responsibilities will include :

  • Managing amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identify customers’ needs , clarify informations , build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
  • Other Administrative / support tasks as necessary

Requirenments :

  • Fluent in English reading and writing
  • Work under pressure
  • Team player
  • Proper communications skills
  • Excellent computer skills in typing , microsoft and Excel with a strong attension to detail
  • Adaptable , flexible and detail oriented
