Day to day responsibilities will include :
- Managing amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs , clarify informations , build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Other Administrative / support tasks as necessary
Requirenments :
- Fluent in English reading and writing
- Work under pressure
- Team player
- Proper communications skills
- Excellent computer skills in typing , microsoft and Excel with a strong attension to detail
- Adaptable , flexible and detail oriented
