A leading Restaurant chain looking for a COMMIS CHEF – Japanese Cuisines ( Specially Dumplings / Gyozas )

We are looking for ,

• Having experience in the main kitchen in a high volume operations and full-time service in the restaurant
• Ensure the efficient operations of such food productions
• Basic skills in computer and familiar with the inventory system
• Maintain the highest food quality and control for all food products served in all areas
• assuring the highest health, sanitation and safety, standards necessary in food handling
• professional experiences in quality establishments along with good culinary skills
• Presentation and preservations knowledge is an essential
• Willing to learn
• effective communication skills
• The ability to work under pressure
• Attention to detail
